My first memory of Bethany is on a cold, crispy, sunny morning in the winter of 2005 on a university reunion weekend. Jennie and Neil had brought her to introduce her to the uni crowd - the first of the next generation to be born. I was trusted to take this little bundle out in the pram for an early morning walk. It was such a joy to share such a beautiful morning with a brand new human and to tell her about all the things we could see and hear in the fields around us. All my memories of Bethany are inextricably linked to gatherings of university friends and I watched her grow into a kind, caring, compassionate young woman - she truly reflected the best of both her parents. My only regret is that I didn't get to know her better. Rest in Peace Bethany Ella Horchover, with love from Linda x
